There are no pros. This firm is completely unprofessional and the environment is toxic.

The staff is grossly underpaid for what they do. Hispanic workers are paid less than white workers and women are paid less than men doing the same type of job. As an attorney I got very little support from the staff after all the good staff was forced out either by retaliatory firing, horrible working conditions and or unlivable wages. The managing attorney was copied on my requests to staff and he could see that they were ignoring my requests and did next to nothing to provide me with the support I needed to help the clients clear their criminal record. The attorney Kevin constantly lies about everything. He pays his employees late, he does not seem to care about the clients or staff. He tried to pay the staff late for Christmas and fails to issue final checks on time. He provides very little training and trains the sales force to provide the clients with misinformation. He signs people up for services that they are not currently eligible. He constantly lies to the clients and lets his staff take the heat for his errors and incompetents. He tries to intimidate workers when they stick up for their rights. Even though his partner Kunal Jain is an employment law attorney they violate almost every labor code there is!

Quick, informal interview process. Steady/routine hours.

Lack of organization and support from management. Clients become frustrated and staff are not permitted to make things right. No benefits at all.
