      Unfortunately, the reviews on here talking about turnover, sketchy deals, and turmoil are all accurate. Right during covid, they laid off some of their top performers, kept their “favorites” (AKA- the people that hang out with the CEO/past CEO out of work) AND the HR Director quit. This place is going in a downward spiral fast, and they don’t have the right resources to come out of this hole they’re in. They make this place look amazing during the interview process, but once you’re brought on- you learn quickly that it’s all about who sleeps with who, and how to drink and party your way to the top. Its toxic, and even if you hit your goals/metrics, its still never enough for them. I would highly recommend working with a different agency in the area (as a client OR a candidate).

      Hello, I want to thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We always welcome a conversation as we are always trying to grow and improve as a company. Personally, although the HR role is fairly new to me, I will continue to work hard to learn and grow so that I can be the best support to Extension and its employees that I can be.       Great team of people who are motivated and work hard. Leaders are transparent, open to feedback, progressive with staying ahead of the curve, and responsive. Lots of opportunities to grow and advance.

      It is what you make it. You need to work hard and be motivated to be successful. The industry is hard, so people need to be prepared to ride the highs and lows that come with that.
