They would put you to a client that requires you to work and sit in front of the PC for 8 hours. Lack of training yet heavy work and only pay you $5 per hour. Hr team is also unprofessional. They call even after hours as if you owe your life to them!

1. Lack of Training: Having few days of training is understandable, but have little to no access of SOPs is another thing. The trainer is not effective, sasagutin ka na nalang ng "Pwede, baka, siguro" 2. HR Team: Unprofessional, you thought you're being heard but you're not. 3: IT Team: Unprofessional, ang daming pina install di pa ma delete kahit former employee ka kasi ni restrict yung pag uninstall lol. 4. Impulsive decision-making: We went live with with no proper access, no SOPs, no structured workflow. 5. Weak management: You have to be very careful cause they'll terminate you without any valid reason. They'll just appoint people for a dedicated task kuno for any Lead tasks. But the truth is, they just disseminated the workloads because they are not that efficient enough to handle it.
