      There are no words to describe how awful the owner is.

      The owner does not understand basic computer. She doesn’t understand roles. They only way she can work with is her “own” way of doing things— websites have rules and boundaries but she will think that you aren’t listening to her when it clearly states on the website that what SHE WANTS is not possible. She should just retire.
