Layoff No proper upper management They are confused what to do with their own employees. Firing freshers and new joiners, even three months old is not at all acceptable.

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
