Good teammates and managers, no micro-management, good healthcare plan

Lack of career advancement, tiny salary increases, company pension contributions small. Nealy all of the Dev/Engineering team are outsourced, poor quality software, but it keeps support engineers in a job. Layoffs and reorganization

I had an amaizing expirience through out my interview process as well as my time as an intern there. The interviews were very conversational. And the work culture seems nice.

Company out of touch with employees and salaries. I have been with the company for 20 + years with no promotion or sizable raise. Time off is never approved, and a 50-hour work week is common.
