If you want to spend more time tracking your work than actually doing it, this is the place for you. The level of micromanagement here is insane—every email, every Teams call, every interaction with members has to be logged in a pointless Excel sheet. Instead of trusting employees, they bury them in useless reporting. Meetings? Non-stop and completely useless. You’ll spend hours in calls that lead nowhere, only to be questioned later about why your actual work isn’t done. Well… maybe because we wasted time in meetings just for the sake of it? To make things worse, management doesn’t adapt to cultural differences, even in a global company. Leadership is stuck in one rigid approach, completely disconnected from how international teams actually work. No growth opportunities, even though they’ll straight-up lie to you during interviews.
