The VP of HR is heartless woman who enjoys threatening employees and firing them. You will get a mandatory Christmas invitation from HR with this note something like "If you fail to attend, you will get disciplinary up to termination". You will get this threatening reminder many times before the party and during the party, HR people will patrol the banquet area to see if anyone leaves before the owner’s speech. This is unimaginably the worst company I’ve ever worked for. Stay away from Extron if you want to be treated like a normal human being.
