You will be Micro-managed in nearly every department. You must use a time punch system, and your hours may be questioned at any time. Most employees will keep a log themselves to ensure they work at least 45 hours a week. No one trusts the Human Resources Department in either CA or NC and are afraid of interacting with them. It is comprised of middle-aged women with little to no oversight, allowing an air of authority and a "Queen Bee" situation. If they don't like you, you may not be there long. The VP's. Many are there because they've worked there a long time, but most have horrible managerial skills. None of them appreciate valuable employees. Turn over is high, Extron is a stepping stone employer.
