if u are aware of the industry and then come to extron... there is not much growth progress.. everybody is dissatisfied but happy to point and blame...even the guys in the cabin play it safe and work for appraisals more then try to innovate... the fear of HR as they say leaves u much out of oxygen for breathing.. forget about growing... yes u might end up scaling the ladder but not actually
