-No possibility for real growth in the company. -Inflexible time consuming policies regarding taking time off, taking holidays etc.. There is a form for everything. -Decisions are all made centrally (US) European location works simply as a support office following orders. -No room to practice critical thinking - there is one way to do things which should be followed. -Company is generally fearful of HR and being fired constantly. -Company only hires people who are non-smokers (which is illegal) - there are plenty other inappropriate questions that are given from HR and management.
