# Incompetent management. # Every employee needs to clock in and clock out even though you are salaried. Penalized for being two minutes late coming in to work and for lunch, was not sure if I was working for a fast food company. # Very robotic company, cannot have any friends. # Spies watching and reporting employees every move to upper management. # Lack of business experience among all VP's, who were promoted because they brown nosed the owner. # Company products sell on auto pilot and would not be successful if it were not for that, living in former glory of past products. # Make one bad move and you are out the door with no notice, all employment with the company is "at will", they will fire someone for no reason. # Not a fun company to work at, with no career advancement. # The only people that can survive this place is kids out of college who do not know any better.
