Terrible place, stay away - Recensione dipendente - Customer Success presso Extron Electronics

Such an archaic work place. Stuck in the 1980's making the customer success team learn a whole bunch of useless information. Instead of combining the strength of the engineering team with customer success, there is this GREAT DIVIDE. Don't talk to each other, don't go to the toilet too many times and don't be human. Sit at a desk and be a lifeless body waiting for phone calls - don't think for yourself, do not show initiative. Terrible place. I felt sick every morning that I had to walk in there.
