The company is run by people that either have no industry experience or vision for growth. They have a very outdated understanding of the industry. Toxic culture fostered and encouraged by senior management. Massive turnover to the point it's almost a different company from one month to another. Working there is so cringeworthy it's entertaining if you've ever been at a well-functioning org. CEO and CFO have no idea how to steer the ship or set the vision.
