Very high pay. Great benefits. Great coworkers.

Dangerous if working in a plant. Upper management is so disconnected from the lower level work that horrible decisions by middle management are causing employees to flee. They are sending many jobs overseas to be preformed remotely and have no problem cutting employees without warning. The ranking system preformed every year is entirely subjective and at the mercy of the manager. Employees have no say or option to appeal a poor score.

Good pay and a pension

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
