They will work with you as best they can. Great PTO. Good benefits. Friendly staff in office and warehouse. Steady paced work. Can mostly work at your own pace.

Too strict with tardiness (personally). Doesn't accept doctor's excuses so with or without PTO, you get points. There isn't much else that is a con.

I'm sure there are some, but the cons overshadow anything good that may exist.

Never in my 20 year career have I come across a company where the line managers hustle themselves and their staff to put money in the owners pockets. They make shallow statements such as "we care about you and your career" and "we are a family and want you to be part of our family, too." HOWEVER, here's what the reality is like: 1. stress, pressure and more stress 2. salary employees are required to clock-in/out. if you have to take a #2 break, you have to clock out. 3. Running 10 or 15 minutes behind due to traffic? Be prepared to give the "manager" a full explanation as to why and what you will do next time to not be late. 4. Molecular management - Every breath you take and every word you say/write is directly/indirectly controlled by the "manager" 5. If you want to mingle or take a mental break to have a casual conversation with a co-worker, you will be disciplined. They will enforce you to remain in your cube for the entire duration of the work day, except the times when you clock out.
