Vantaggi
Having been a previous employee, I can say I have no clue what has changed, but most likely not a lot, the Company in itself has so much potential, if you like desk work then you will enjoy it but it does get to you over time, benefits are substandard, and the pay is well the lowest they can go without it being an issue, putting it nicely, advancing isn’t extremely hard initially, once you get to Supervisor though going any higher is going to be impossible, and moving departments is like wrestling with a tiger. Another big issue is their is no checks and balance when it comes to operational control since they gave the keys to a single leader which means no oversight on how he dictates things in the SOC. I know this is suppose to be Pro’s but they consequently they all come with cons.
Svantaggi
Not enough paid time off or giving people a actual break, not caring for employee health, 3 strikes system is flawed and means no true loyalty to company at least on the SOC which is the largest department and workforce, Revolving door, no one truly stays for long, mental taxation is high even at the bottom. Needs to be able to handle staring at screens for +10 hours Working two jobs is going to be an impossibility with this place due to inflexibility in scheduling, don’t let the flexible schedule fool you when they say it, it really isn’t. They will always expect more but never truly give you an incentive to want more, They are the kind of company that rewards with pizza parties etc rather than something tangible. And there are plenty more to add.
