- Constant organizational change that leads to further stagnation of productivity and erosion of employee trust/well being. - Questionable, short sighted decision making from leadership: Shortly after the new CEO came in this past summer, the c-suite decided to lay off 40% of the company, simultaneously sharing this news and touting their new strategy in a press release. - Leadership is out of touch with the legacy businesses (which comprise the lion’s share of their success and revenue) and has made little to no investment towards them in the last two years creating uncertainty for those still supporting them. - An environment where relationships overpower merit and expertise. - There is very little diversity in the c-suite as you may notice on the company website, be aware this percolates down to much of the directors and managers.

Poor and ineffective leadership No feedback to employees Degradation of main product to maximize profits and minimize user experience - multiple price increases this year, no additional features provided Leadership says a lot of buzzwords, but is untrustworthy Product is routinely disparaged by leadership with no plans to implement improvements other than price hikes Blame is all below the line, poor management is never considered as a reason for the issues Women engineers rarely, if ever, get recognition Pay is mediocre Severance is laughable but described as generous Just another mediocre tech company blaming the people who write the code instead of the people making the decisions. Defined this mass firing as "breaking the glass ceiling" in a Confluence doc Don't know what "breaking the glass ceiling" means. Career opportunities are dangled, but then forgotten Fired people on the first day of the sabbatical they'd earned after five or more years of loyal service.
