No training, 3 month and 300 hours probation but during that time they won’t teach or allow you to do anything. Lots of favouritism Over staffed, but continues to hire more people No respect for employees or customers Upper management does not care about them employees, don’t even know half of their workers names. Also a lot of unethical behaviour ( no overtime pay, sometimes you don’t get paid for a month )
