I got to work with some really great people I enjoyed getting to know outside of work! Lots of flexibility/freedom with taking time off, working hours, working hybrid, etc. Getting lunch on office days was pretty cool too.

Company continues to hire when they've never been profitable and have gone through several rounds of layoffs. Leadership spreads lies about the ad industry, the state of the economy, the state of the business, and where our technology ranks next to our competitors. Company continues to pump out new tech and features that don't work, while never fixing what's already broken. Working in CS here is like being in a constant state of putting out fires and making excuses for why our tech doesn't perform. Company has no sense of clear direction and is constantly pivoting instead of focusing on leading one market segment. It's a mess and goes against anything you've been taught in school about business. Titles are completely made up and mean nothing in the real world, which is why you'll see people here with 3 years of work experience working as "managers" or "directors."
