Commission can be extremely lucrative as a top performer. If you put in the work and are successful, you'll make a ton of money. On a daily basis, there's a ton of autonomy as to how you structure your schedule. So long as you're getting your job done, there isn't very much micro-management. There's a clear growth trajectory for the sales role, with significant pay increases from tier to tier.
