Poor management - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso F-Secure

The project management team is toxic due to extremely poor management. People skills are non-existent and as a previous poster mentioned, those that just try to get on with their jobs and not succumb to the clique are micro-managed. The head of the dept does not know how to delegate. Team members constantly talk about how busy they are as if it’s a medal of honour (note: it’s not a particularly busy role). As someone also said previously, take this role if you’re starting out in your career but leave as soon as you’ve gotten what you need.
