The staff are friendly, office is well located and pleasant, good IT support.

Lack of advancement, constant cost cutting, very low compensation package

Great people and friendly, but sometimes just too nice and things take forever. Marketing and distribution was in when I joined. Great offices above Liverpool street very easy Hopefully now under BMO ownership they will be better direction for distribution

Group Management lots of egos and very little action as a team Marketing was almost none existence, felt like a business in decline lack of understanding of who they are
