It has become an increasingly siloed company with a traditional project culture instead of a product culture that was very much in place 4 years ago. It's a company with migration and acquisition merging projects with no real unification strategy that doesn't bring any added value to their users. The latter are swimming in a fog concerning the future of certain products in the portfolio. The vision and strategy is totally non-existent. VP product has no influence. No evolution possible unless you speak German
