The lack of cooperation from the Human Resources and Finance departments is also problematic, with employees frequently encountering frustration due to unresponsiveness from these departments. In my opinion, F3 Technologies needs to make significant improvements in its work culture, team environment, and the efficiency and responsiveness of the Human Resources and Finance departments.
