When I joined the company, I have seen the reviews like company is laying off employees, but generally it happens only once, with this expectations I have joined the company, after 1 year I am been layed off as well. Not only me few employees as well, management has no clear clue or idea on the company behaviour and next plan as well, Only thing is have to reduce the employee count. Before joining F5 make sure you have having good connection outside, anytime you will be the one who can lose the job.
