No process - small company - Recensione dipendente - Full Stack Developer presso F5 Web Solutions

I joined F5 in September and got no induction or code related training or insight. Work was assign to me after 10 days and no one in the team was there to help. After 5 days I got a call from HR that client is not happy with your performance and asking us to to put you under 15 days observation. I resigned the following evening and asked them how come your client can expect all these from a new joiner. Client told me I will give you another 30 days but I rejected that offer. This company clearly listen to it's client and client is rude and cut you off. If you can stay mute and bear nonsense this company is for you.
