Little room for growth. Outdated technology. Very unprofessional behavior particularly from the MILO Range crew. CEO (Kurt Flosky) has a inferiority complex where he needs to assert himself in every decision, big or small, instead of delegating. Tons of micromanagement. Very passive aggressive atmosphere. Common to find out from 3 other people that someone is upset with you before you actually hear it from their own mouth. Certain individuals won’t hesitate to throw you under the bus to avoid making themselves look bad. It is pointless to bring concerns up to the HR person. The CEO won’t listen to her.
