The only good thing that you can get out is that you will learn to speak in-front of an audience. But this, you can learn within a couple of months.

Well the list is really long. I will try to cover certain aspects that are causing huge dent: 1. Very little to learn with unscientific methods of employee growth: While the company acts as if they are putting in a lot of efforts in the skill development of its employees, the truth is far from this. The training methodologies used by the company is highly regressive and if I were to be frank just for show. Not that the company does not take it seriously, but they have not been able to develop a holistic training methodology (majorly because of poor skills of high and mid level management). ll they end up doing is making you mug up things (for trainers). However, there are certain work areas (like Business Development) where the learning is quite decent. 2. False Promises: Well this is an area where FACE excels. They will make false promises of promotions or growth which will either never come or will come really late. If they tell you that you would get promoted within 3 months, get ready to wait for at least 9 months(or even more). 3. Appraisals: I strongly believe that the company does not take appraisals very seriously. Appraisals are conducted in a very unprofessional manner. With almost no solid performance criteria, the parameters are often subjective in nature. The company also, consistently, fails on providing clear work-path or growth-path for its employees. 4. No regard for talent: The company constantly fails to understand that high performing assets are always volatile. If you are not able to address them properly, they will leave. The company constantly fails on identifying and nurturing quality people. With almost over 150 resignations in past 6 months, the company has really bled out talent. 5. Politics: Well it is almost everywhere. 6. Work Life balance: The work life balance becomes ridiculous. The company often over utilize its resources (all the departments), which leave no room for anything else. 7. Age old methodologies of functioning: One major area where the company has missed out on is upgrading its work methodologies. This could be a direct result of company not spending time on improving the skills of its people. A suggestion to the company, if your top management is proving to be ineffective in teaching the associate grade employees, you can ask them to take up certain certifications. People can learn a lot from you. It is a real shame that the company has missed out on it even after being a training company. 8. Alignment towards quantity rather than quality: This is visible in almost every nook and corner of the company. They want you to do a lot of work with no regards to quality. 9. Poor compensations: Well the salary structure is not so lucrative. However I have heard that they have started improving on it.

1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
