      1. No work life balance 2. You'll be asked to travel at night and deliver classes in the morning. This taks a toll on your health. Many female trainers end up fainting inside the class 3. You're given a material (a book or a set of questions), you need to prepare or memorise them.

      1) Learning in different areas 2) You will get a chance to develop multiple skills

      1) Managerial issues 2) Politics 3) Have to be available 24/7 for work 4) Below average pay 5) No work life balance 6) The worst top & mid management and the highlight is managers only show case, they will not sit with the employees for problems 7) I would say this is one of the worst organisations.
