(Read a review on "European favouritism", I never feel that way). Fulfill your KPI and there's no problem to it. - The management listens well, values feedback, and are willing to learn a lot -- they're young but adding experienced leaders into the management had helped stability really well. - A lot of team-building activities and fun times outside of working hours. - It feels like a family here, and not a workplace.

- Work hours can feel tiring. However, I always tell the management about it, and they will give that much needed space.
