Work ambiance is great, most parte of your colleagues you can call friends, to eat together, to drink together our even to make sports together. As the company is moving fast, there is always something happening around, always something to do.

As Famoco move too fast they don’t have the time to hire the needed team, so is normal to see external consultant around developing the products. When the contract is finished, the external people leave the company and take a lot of the knowledge about the products with them, sometimes informations that only them know.

The work relationship is simple. Coworkers, and either your bosses, are very friendly and you don't feel the hierarchy. It is a start-up, so it gives you an opportunity to take initiatives.

The company is still young, and it is involving in many areas, and it's not as regulated as big companies.
