Thanks for your review, we appreciate your honest feedback on glassdoor as it highlights what we are doing well and what we still need to develop. As the CEO it is important to me that we invest in our People. The launch of our new Career Ladder program provides transparency to everyone about how they can continue to grow in Farfetch and the many paths they may take.
