Farfetch is a great place to learn and grow as an individual and a professional. I had the opportunity to work with different teams on many projects. Work is never done here, and it is never boring either. Although you grow a lot, it is tough to be promoted at Farfetch. As this is a fast-growing company and they need someone with more experience quickly, probably someone would be hired instead of getting you promoted.
