Although we're sorry to hear this feedback we'd like to ensure you that our first priority is always the health and wellbeing of our people and that we are monitoring the current Covid-19 situation and following government and health authorities guidelines, with health and safety front of mind. We are also very proud and supportive of our flexible working policy at Farfetch, even more so at this difficult time. Remote work was already part of Farfetch ways of working and that's the reason why we've managed to adapt rapidly to this global disruptive situation that the entire world is facing. We're also sorry to read your comments about our management team. Our managers' development is instrumental in our people development strategy and just last year we launched a Global Manager Training program to equip all of our managers with the tools to support and grow their teams and we will continue to focus on building great leaders at Farfetch.
