The new management decided to promote the most useless people who have done nothing for the success of the company. They have been sitting in local roles for many years and just watching from the sidelines, now many of them have "global" in their title. The atmosphere in the company has become unbearable. Constant accusations, shouting, and unprofessional behaviour in meetings have become the norm. The best people are leaving the company of left already.
