We’re genuinely sorry to hear that parts of your time here felt disappointing. Your feedback is important, and we want to address a few concerns you raised.
First, all employees on both first and second shifts are given breaks, and we recognize how essential those rest periods are, especially in a physically demanding role. If there was ever a time this wasn’t clearly communicated or upheld, we sincerely apologize and are committed to ensuring consistency moving forward.
We’d also like to clarify that the CEO you referenced is still leading the organization. One of his efforts, in collaboration with our CFO, was to help bring on a dedicated HR Manager to better represent and support the employees of the company. Since then, HR has worked closely with leadership to strengthen workplace culture, improve communication, and prioritize employee well-being.
Regarding compensation, we understand how important fair and competitive wages are. Our HR Manager partnered with executive leadership to develop a more transparent and competitive wage program. Employees can expect competitive pay, along with access to cross-training, career growth, and advancement opportunities within the company as part of our updated approach.
