1. A lot of group-ism exists; you will have to find your people ASAP or be a loner. 2. Judge-y people exist EVERYWHERE. 3. No work-life balance, be prepared to work to the bone for pennies while seniors reap the benefits. 4. If the managers feel like they can take over your (completed) projects and take credit. 5. The HR takes your side after everyone else's (especially if seniors are involved) 6. There's no accountability here, with everyone passing the buck, so be prepared to take the blame at the end.

- Company started young and good but now nothing is left - Owners (husband and wife) sold the company to foreign giant which giant again got acquired - System is run by giant now and everyone else is puppet - Salaries are low, HR is pathetic - If you are in the club of owners (husband and wife], you will have fun, will babysit their children - will get good appraisals - Talent has absolute zero value - Marketing team (internal) -runs if you are puppet, use your brain and they won't appreciate it - No one has their brain in the game, its just Flipkart, Asian paints as accounts so company is surviving
