Location is bad. Nothing nearby

The management is encouraging when it comes to listening to ideas and the benefits on the job are really good. Good amount of leaves, WFH leaves and allowances for cabs, food is fair enough.

Like all agencies the work life balance is bad. But since the opportunities are big one can think of chooisng the agency. I wish the exit interviews were better and they dug deep in knowing why a certain employee left the company. Team members do have bullies and nobody can actually do anything to help a junior.
