Health insurance, paid holidays ($100/day), not much at all.

Salary decreased from $70K to $43K after 27 yrs of service. Depleted my 401K to manage living cost. When that ran out, I lost my home because I could no longer afford it. Commission drivers salary based $5/stop and .05 cents/gallon for used oil. Automated hand-helds do not record all stops. Payroll 3 weeks behind.

Co workers were helpful and kind

The manager treated me like I was an intern. I was expected to do account management duties for accounts that were considered house account since they were sold by former sales people therefore I would not be compensated for any additional sales I made or service increases. When I asked if I would get commissions since I was in a sales role and account management was an internal role I was told “that’s why you have a base” meanwhile I was also expected to be out finding new business for the company who was how I made income. Everyone there hates their job. Constant turnover. FCC is also the most expensive provider so good luck selling. Management claims FCC is the best therfore there’s a premium. False. Drivers don’t like their job so jobs won’t get done. You’ll be dealing with angry customers.
