Opportunity for growth - being a small company, FDC is full of opportunities. Contributions get wide visibility, and are appreciated. Management supports your ambitions and helps you grow in the direction you want. 4. Work life balance - company actively discourages people from overworking. You are expected to do your work and just that. There is no expectation to stay late, it is actually discouraged - maintaining work life balance. Overall, FDC is a great place to work. Great work culture, work-life balance, great mentors who will help you grow, FDC has everything you need to establish a successful career.
