FDO Partners was a great employer.

This company went out of business.

broad exposure to all aspects of the business. casual work environment. very smart group of people with opportunities to learn a lot! very agile and not burdened by red tape common in larger companies.

Comp could be a bit more competitive relative to peers with such a high bar for talent. Leadership was a bit frugal to the point that I believe it hampered the potential growth of the business.
