There is opportunities to progress and travel but again that is among the elite few! I joined the company as I was really proud of Fexco and what it had achieved but I think, it needs to divest some of its failing business units and develop some new talent.

Fexco is one of those organisations where cronyism is at its best. Friends of Friends or Relatives of Relatives get jobs, promotions, hold powerful positions etc. The company really needs to get out of the Dark Age and into the 21st century. There is a real small town feel about the whole company and they always say “what would such a person think”. The employees are extremely competitive and do not look out of each other and there is a real negative atmosphere especially in certain departments.
