1) No room for advancement. 2) Little to no wage raises. 3) They do not take care of employees like they use to, now it seems as if we hold little to no value to upper management. 4) You can work your knuckles to the bone for this company, and it still will not help in your advancement with them. 5) Arguments between management and employees, are all too common. 6) The CEO is very callous. He has caused several employees to quit, and has almost caused me to render him unconscious on several occasions by making a remark about my weight. 7) Everyone is always trying to throw someone else under the bus. 8) You need to keep a watchful eye on your hours, and know what you have, because they will short you if you do not call them out on it. 9) If you get called in to work from home, then you must also be sure to make them give you your 4 hours Call In Pay because they will try to get by without giving it to you. 10) They constantly change the Employee Handbook to benefit themselves. I have been here for 5 years and have still not been given a copy of ANY employee handbook. 11) They leave the American Flag in all kinds of weather, and let it become tattered and faded. 12) They have flown the Italian Flag higher than the American Flag several times. 13) If they did a random drug test, like they say they do, they would lose 3/4 of their work force. 14) They do nothing to help lower an employees blood lead level once it gets so high. They only start acknowledging how high it is, when it gets to 30 ug/dL. The normal lead level for the average person is 0.8 ug/dL to 3.2 ug/dL. OSHA starts getting involved at 40 ug/dL.
