Its a good place for entry level not gonna lie, fair salary, good benefit. Good senior even when most of them look so tired with their own job sometimes, diversity is truly exist here and the culture is quite.... I don't know how to say it, but just imagine a corporation full with a lot of people from different backgrounds.

IT IS in FACT NOT A GOOD PLACE for those who is in entry level better to find another place to find a job, because right here you will meet this list - No training for newly recruits, you we're expecting to knew the whole system in a short time and if you are not, then be ready to get insulted or become a copping target by your higher up. - Do not expect to have 5 days work right here you work for 6 days straight even in saturday there is no half days work schedule, you work until your job is done even if that's mean you must stay until 7pm without any overtime payment and that is "NORMAL", DO NOT EXPECT work life balance things. - BAD WORDS and BAD LANGUAGES COULD BE HEARD ALL OVER ENTIRE ROOM especially during busy hour. - Just in case if no one knows this, this company is a leasing company that work for those who want credit a Motorcycle, Haj, Electronic stuff, so if you are not so fond of numbers, calling customer and staring hours computer monitor then you probably should find another job. - If you slow, either no one going to help you or you will get shouted, yeah again this is because they lack of training for new recruits - In fact that most of the finance operator that handling crediting data is actully was just an outsourcing employee it is quite surprised me for this kind of company especially for branch office. - i even once hear from some of my senior, most of them will have a very slow raise or promotion even when they already work for years, the position that they hold is so stagnant to the point that you will see that person for years later eventually risen or they would just resign anyway. - Your higher up expect you work fast but the system is not even could handle high data stream, lagging and error is things that almost daily and again, you will either get shout or insulted by your lack of professionalism, Damn big word for those who not even give any training for the new employee

I don’t really see any pros, except maybe if you’re at the officer level.

Coworkers tend to step back from each other lol, even within the same team. Management at SPV level often overpromises but struggles with managing their time, and the workload just keeps increasing non-stop. The workload distribution is pretty unfair. On top of that, contract employees don’t really feel included or supported by the company, are paid below minimum wage, and get very minimal benefits (basically none lol), plus they’re given laptops that are barely usable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you’re considering a contract role here.
