Revolving door management and consultants make it difficult to sustain any initiatives. No bonuses or merit increases for the past three years. The best talent already left the building - not being replaced. CYA culture limits originality and drive to succeed. Aside from a few people the tenure is very short for a company in business this long. Continual layoffs and very limited hiring mean remaining staff are over stressed. Line staff under-appreciated for efforts. No women in senior roles.
