- Onboarding process is absolutely horrific. Coworkers help where they can but most of the training is deprecated - Benefits are not there (including no bonus) - Upper management is resistant to change and innovation - Tech stack is VERY old and don't see a change coming anytime soon - Documentation is lengthy but spread out all over the place - Still stuck with Waterfall methodology
