Incompetent and downright childish and moronic managers. Inadequate time and training is provided to the employees. Unrealistic expectations on the employees, i.e. expecting them to perform duties that are clearly above their pay scope. Projects are not communicated transparently to the employees resulting great fragmentation in teams. Employees are blamed for decisions made by the higher ups. Training for new hires decreasing every year until becoming non-existent. Working is expected after 6, weekends and even during MC and on-leave. Leaving at 6 is frown upon. Efficient work is rewarded with additional work. COVID-19 used as an excuse to stagnate and remove salaries and bonuses respectively. No allowance, e.g. meal or parking, even when the office is located at Malaysia's most affluent area. Work hardware inadequacies are blamed onto the employees and asking for assistance or upgrades from either the IT department or managers are met with ridicule. Uncomfortable and downright restrictive office space. Interns used as cheap labor. The employees that stay have similar cut throat attitude.
