There is a lot that you can learn from certain individuals if you do find yourself in that situation. - Its founding values are great. - If you are not so lucky with your department, then you will experience the worst experiences in your professional career, where your managing head will not treat you like you exist. You will only be acknowledged if you have an outstanding media hit, and otherwise, your voice will be ignored, your presence will be ignored, and you will not be greeted. Considering that none of the departments at this company are huge at each office, this is saying a lot. - Executive management do not actually care about HR problems of significant magnitude. They will put a temporary band-aid on it at best, and at worst, will brush everything under the rug. No real changes will be made even if they do 'see' a problem, even if several team members make an official HR complaint. - Depending on the department, there is a lot of drama, politics, and power-play that is impossible to ignore. There is definitely possibility of retaliation depending on who you are dealing with.
