Collaborative work environment in the Midwest region and beyond across the network. Truly awesome colleagues who are inspired by the company's "people'focused" mantra. Freat benefits and tons of PTO days. A CEO unmatched in the industry -- his kindness, business approach to building the firm and openness make this place unique. Open-door management. Decent client roster. A work environment where everyone is heard and everyone has a chance to make a difference. If you want to do something or lead something or create something, there is no one stopping you. Yes, this year has been insanely busy but it really felt like a team environment/culture working together to get through it.
